Have Back Pain, Breast Pain, Nausea, And Stomach Pain. Have Discharge Now. HPT Negative. Can It Pregnancy?

Hello my name is Erika I'm a teenager I'm 15 years old. I got my period on the 13th but was suppose to get it on the 18th it was a early and it only last for three days. On the first day it was dark blood like brownish and for the next two days I was just spotting. Since then I been feeling nauseous, back pains, breast pains with the veins starting to pop out, I eat more then usual, I be tired more then usual, i have stomach pains, a lot of mood swings, and right now it feels like clear stuff coming out of my vagina but not much only a little bit not even a drop just a tiny amount and I also have to pee more than usual. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I still feel all this pregnancy symptoms. What could this mean? Could I be pregnant?

Hi Erika,
Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms may be suggestive of pregnancy but you have not mentioned you are sexually active or not. Your bleeding may be because of implantation bleeding because it is less in duration, scanty and brownish in color.
You should consult a gynecologist to get your urine, blood test and ultrasonography done.
