Have Back Pains, Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain After Urinating, Increased Hunger, Thirst. What Could Be Wrong ?
Hi im 19 I have back pains a sharp lower abdominal pain after urinating I have been getting hungry much more often I have also been producing much more saliva , and been very thirsty and urinating more frequently what could be wrong? My period is due next week and my breasts have been.growing and the nipple area has been peeling.

Hi,
There is possibility of urinary tract infection.
So once check for urine microscopy and if needed culture and sensitivity.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, then there is possibility of pregnancy.
In that case once go for urine pregnancy test.
Depending on the test result further management can be planned.
