Have Bad Anxiety Attacks, Dizziness, Shakiness. Taking Valium. What Is The Reason?
I have bad anxiety attacks and take Valium , use to take 30 mg a day I used as needed never abused and now they have me on 15 mg and that's not enough . I have sweats, dizziness, almost to fainting , have to quickly leaqve store and get in car and can't move but shaking . I feel you are suffering from an anxiety disorder, but Valium cannot help much as it just controls the anxiety as long as it is there in your blood, but it cannot prevent the occurrence of the next attack. So it can give you only transient relief. There are other medications like those belonging to the SSRI group, for example, escitalopram, sertraline etc, which will give you better results and lasting benefits. In addition, relaxation exercises will also help. Please consult any psychiatrist in your city so that you can be properly assessed and treated.
