Have Been Bleeding For Long. Have Odor With Abdominal And Back Pain. Had Surgery For Ovarian Cyst. Suggest?

I am in desperate need of answers I have been menstruating for 19 days but only 9 of them heavy and the rest are all spotty and at time no blood in the urine but when I wipe its red and sometimes small clots and I also have just recently had brown color after wiping and an odor I am in a lot of pain in my abdomen and right side as well and right lower back I am concerned beings I have had ovarian cyst in the past and surgery for the ovarian cyst I am experiencing so many things that are no normal or ever have happened to me can you help ????

Hello,
You need to get an ultrasound first. There is either an imbalance of hormonal levels or some pathology like a cyst causing the prolonged menstruation. Without an examination and an ultrasound, nothing can be ruled out. Take tranexemic acid tablets to control the bleeding. See your surgeon asap.
