Have Been Circumcised 9 Days Ago. Have Swelling, Blood Discharge Along Cut Area. Normal?

My name is John, aged 37 years. I was cirumscised 9 days ago,there is blood discharge at some points along the cut area whenever it happens to have erections, the blood discharge has a slight bad smell, no pus , the penis is still swollen, though swelling has been decreasing slowly from day 6. Please advise, is it normal?

From the short history given, I would only think of "Infected circumcision wound". The following may be tried. To clean-up the debris have a dreesing with a gauze soaked in Magsuulph Glycerine and a not very tight bandage. from the next day apply a gauze spread with FURACH OINTMENT for 2 days with light bandage. From 4th day apply plain dry gauze after sprinkling with NERASULF and fix the gauze in place, Along with the dressings start on CIFRON (Ciprofloxazine 500 mg tablets, 2times daily (Once in 12 hours for 4 tablets and stop it. Take plenty of water during the treatment.
This advice is on the presumption that the patient is not a Diabetic and not hypersensitivity to Ciprofloxacin,
