Have Been Taking Tylenol, Codine, Aleve And Vicotin. Will It Show False Positive Drug Test?

i was giving a drug screening for my job and it came back that i had thc n my system i been on tylenol 3 with codine ive taken aleve and vicotin and now i had kidney stones can that throw a false/ postitive drug test im not on ne kind of illegal drugs

None of those medicine should turn a false positive for THC. False positive for THC are rare. There are rare reports of proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole causing it.

You will obviously test positive for opiates though given your vicodin.
