My body is muscular but may stomach is fat and bloated all the time, sometimes distended. I'm 39, I have 3 kids, i weigh 131 lbs and I'm 5'1". I was recently put on Alevian duo for the stomach issues. I had gestational diabetes with all 3 pregnancies. I have APS.
I live in the Caribbean and no doctor here can figure out why my belly fat won't budge.
Helloo.. Thank you for choosing HCM. First of all there is no such thing as loosing fat in a particular spot basically , spot reduction is not possible , but what you can do is lower your overall body fat % to get rid of the fat in your midsection. Follow these guide lines: 1.Do aerobic exercises , such as jogging or going for a brisk walk for 30-45 mins everyday 2.Eat 4-5 small meals a day( this is to boost your metabolism , basically eat small meals every 3 hours) 3.Avoid carbs and alls sorts of processed foods and sugary drinks. 4.Drink plenty of water 1.5-2 litres a day Follow these guidelines and you should be on your way to burn off that stubborn belly fat. Thank you and take care
