Have Bilateral Varicocele, Seems To Be Varicose Vein At The Back Of Testicles. Can Embolization Block Gubernacular Veins ?

I have bilateral varicocele. I notice on my left side, there seems to be varicose veins at the back of testicles (which I think are my dilated gubernacular veins). I am wondering whether the embolization procedure can actually block the gubernacular veins?

Can I get a brief run down on the veins that can be accessed by embolization vs the veins that can be ligated through microsurgery? From what I understand the Internal Spermatic vein, External Spermatic vein (cremasteric vein) and gubernacular veins all can play a role in varicocele.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
Bilateral Varicocele.
Embolisation of the testicular veins is not done but they are ligated by either open or Laproscopic surgery.
Internal spermatic vein ,External Spermatic Vein and Gubernacular vein play equal role in Varicocele
