Hi,
Birth control implants contain progesteron derivative high doses,in depo form.
The main side effect it has is irregularity or absence of menses. the change in normal hormone pattern causes nausea, sluggish bowel movements are noted in few persons.this leads to under nutrition, indigestion, bloating,& constipation.
This side effect can be aggravated by digestive deffisiensy/over eating.
- Improvement in diet -balanced,excessive fibers, plenty of fluids will have a good effect.
- regular exercises done daily along with walk for 45 minutes/day improve intestinal activity.
- regular bowel evacuation habit would be beneficial.
- Digestive enzymes do help & relieve indigestion, stomach flutter & bloating.
The excessive thirst & excessive urination however demand blood sugar level check up, to rule out Diabetes
Thank you

Hello user
I think the flutters and feeling of cold and hotness is due to hormonal imbalance due to that implant.
I would rather advise you to switch over to other type of contraception maybe to the permanent one and give a break to that implant.

Hope my advise helpd you
Wishing you a good health
