Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description it seems you are having a sebaceous cyst. Its a benign cystic lesion underneath skin characterised by a central black punctum and produces a cheesy oily material on manipulation. Do not squeeze the lesion as the lesion may get inflammed and infected.
Meet a dermatosurgeon or surgeon and get the lesion excised.
Hope that answered your query.
