Hi and welcome to HCM!
Thanks for posting your query here.
A blow on the nose resulting in bleeding is called as epistaxis. This is due to the rupture of the blood vessels present on the anterolateral wall of the nose. Also chances of fracture of the bridge bones are there. An x-ray of the nasal bones is recommended. If there is no fracture the swelling could be because of the collection of the blood or the inflammatory fluid. There are maximum chances of infection spreading to the brain through this area. Hence prompt drainage of the collection and use of antibiotics is recommended. Please consult your ENT doc for further management.
Hope this is helpful to you.

Hello, First of all could you give me a little more information regarding how severe was the bump? Did you have any bruising around the nose? And what triggered the bleeding the second time you went to the gym after the first bump? Were you hit again? And have you taken any pain killers for this? Usually any swelling due to injury decreases within a week. Kindly consult an ENT surgeon at the earliest. We need to rule out fracture of the nasal bone (depending upon the severity of the injury) and see if everything is ok.
Take care
