Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Aftergoing through your history, bradycardia one of the option to treat is pacemaker implantation.
But it depend on cause of the problem, you must see a cardiologist at good hospital.
He/She will examine you and investigate with ECG,2D Echocardiography, Holter monitoring and TMT if required.
Once you know the cause a EPS Electro physiology study may be required and if it is beneficial for you a suitable permanant pace maker may be implanted depending on your requirement.
There are many possible causes for such problems, As drugs commonly used betablockers, degeneratve conduction system diseases,Ischemic Heart diseases, all can cause such problems.
Once a Proper diagnosis is made it can be easily treated with drugs or PPI as the case may be.
Please take care.
Good Luck
