Have Breakout, Starts With Itchy Bumps, Gets Hard And Hurts Till It Pops And Left With Scar. Suggest?

It really bothers me that I can't find out what's wrong with me I'm drug sensitive so my Dr thought I was braking out because of medicine. But I lost my insurance and have been off all medicine for three months and its still happening .it starts with an itchy bump under my skin that gets hard and hurts really bad till it pops then puss and blood come out of it . This will happen two or three times before it scabs and my skin peels. No matter what I do it takes weeks to heal. And then I'm left with a scar. I have them all over the front of my body from right about my breast to right above my bicini line . What's wrong with me
