Have Brown Semi-circular Scar On Tip Of Penis And Permanent Swollen Meatus. Any Suggestion?

I am a 21 year old male and I have had a brown semi-circle scar on the tip of my penis. it is painless but noticeable especially when flaccid. I also have a permanent swollen meatus which looks like a pair of lips in a way and also is painless. I researched a lot of pictures and blogs an no one has an answer. I cant stand the stress it is ruining my sex drive and self esteem

I really understand your concern, two possibilities are here, one is this could be congenital can be said birth mark or could be ringworm infection, if is birthmark then nothing can be done neither it will harm to you, and if it is ringworm infection then you can try antifungal cream Miconazole is drug of choice, the final diagnosis is depends upon the clinical examination get it confirm first hope this will helps you in taking the decision have nice day
