Don't panic.
DIabetes is a chronic irreversible manageable illness.
You have a strong history of diabetes in your family.
You're at risk of developing diabetes.
You can prolong the onset of the disease by avoiding the risk factors.
Give First aid and provide good wound to the bruises.
