Have Bump And Itching In Vagina. Sexually Active. Suggestions?

Hi, I am 20 years old, about 122 lbs. and i am sexually active. I noticed my vagina itches ( I have been experiencing this for about two weeks), its not so irritating but i do notice that it tends to itch. Today I noticed I have a bump on my vagina and was wondering what could it be. I would really appreciate your adivce. Thank you

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might be having Trichomonus Vaginalis.
Due to itching there might be some infection giving rise to bump formation.
Apply anti-fungal cream.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and healthy.
If require go for oral anti-fungal tablet medicine.
