hi doctor, i have recently noticed a bump near the thigh and crotch intersection. and when i tried to pop it the other day without success, it got really irritated by the next day and grew to the size of a thumb. so i kinda popped it and noticed some pus and blood mixture ooze out. its been close to an hour since i had my bath and the bleeding area doesn't seem to stop bleeding even though i do not touch it. please do advise me. i'm a 23 year old Male. thank you and god bless.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you are having forming abscess on thigh.
Now there is some induration and swelling is there.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Go for regular dressing preferably by your doctor properly as he can clean and remove pus properly.
Keep that part clean, airy and dry.
Ok and bye.
