Have Bumps On Shaft And Head Of Penis, Foul Odor From Penis, Green Discharge. STD Or Infection?

My boyfriend has small white-ish clear bumps on the shaft and head of his penis. He also has a foul odor coming from his penis. Now, I do not have bumps, but I've noticed the same foul odor. It's not a fishy smell. There's really no way to describe it. The smell started today, but I had greenish discharge (looked exactly like snot from a cold) starting a week ago. I have tried washing, but this smell will not go away. Is this an STD? Or an infection?

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the mixed anerobic and aerobic infection, it may not be related to the STD,but still be very cautious of it.
It may be related to fungal, trichomonial, and candidial infections along with bacterial infection.
Both of you should get the treatment, So i advise both of you to consult a veneralogist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
