Have Bumps On Testicles, No Pain, Pus-filled. Should I Be Concerned?

Hello, first of all, i'm 14 year old and i have strange humps on my balls to the halfway of my penis. I tried to squeze them and white stuff, similar to pimples on the head came out. They are not painful and out of them (ball's area) hair grows. I didn't have any sex, only lots of masturbation. Should i be concerned about this?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

You are having the problem called as multiple sebaceous cysts. It is quite common over scrotal skin. The white material comes during squeezing is not pus (if it is an abscess, it will be very painful and tender and of short duration), but the secretion of the gland. It will not give any problem. You can simply leave it. If you feel cosmetically bad about these, then it has to be removed by minor surgery.
