i am 27 years old, sexually active male. i have had sex with the same woman for about 8 months now. last month i had 2 small bumps on my penis under the head, right at top of shaft.. they popped and went away. well 7 days ago they came back but i notice they have a fishy smell to them. no burning sensation, no itching, just the pimples and smell to them.. what could this be
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed bumps over glans penis which smells bad . It is most likely to be due to infection of the glans (Ballanitis) secondary to sexual intercourse.
The possibility of your partner having vaginal infection has to be ruled out. Get her examined by a Gynaecologist.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
