Have Burning Sensation In The Penis During Erection. No Medication Or Test Till Now. What Can It Be?
Hi my name is Kristoff, and I have a concerning question. Recently, I've noticed that my penis tends to burns ONLY when I'm stiff. When I'm perfectly fine, or urinate, my penis doesn't burn, but during intercrose, it does. I've tried drinking cranberry juice and took medicine but it's still burning. So I came here, looking for an answer to what could be causing this to happen. I'm hoping it's not an STD, cause that would be tragic, but if it is, then I need to know what kind. Please help!

From your description it is very difficult to diagnose the correct problem. Burning sensation externally cannot happen without skin problems or infection. Internal burning can happen due to urethra infection of some other problems like calculi.
You says there is burning only when erect. Means the stretching of skin in penis is causing the burning. Means there is some skin infection / lisions which is un noticed. Wash the area with warm water frrquently and use mild soaps. Consult a dermatologist for further advice.
