Have Cervical Incompetence, Had Premature Delivery. Can I Get Pregnant?

I have cervical incompetence . I had McDonald stitch in my first pregnancy. Even then I delivered prematurely.I miscarried my second pregnancy in Oct 2011.Now I am planning for baby.I could not conceive in last cycle. I went to HSG .Report is normal but the doctor who performed the process told me that my cervix was opened.Could it be possible.If she is right then should I plan for baby?Please tell me.

WIth your history, conception is going to be definitely risky.
However, there is no contraindication to trying for a pregnancy.
Please remember to have regular antenatal care under an experienced obstetrician right from the beginning.
Cervical encerclage will have to take place earlier than your previous pregnancy in future.
ensure bedrest, avoid sexual activity and take regular supplements as will be prescribed to avoid preterm labour.
