Hi ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

It is good that your extended TMT test has come out to be negative. It could be normal for anyone to become breathless if he climbs stairs continuously ( I do not know how many floors do you climb continuously without break). However, if you do get and are apprehensive, I would suggest you to get your blood sugar and serum lipid profile done, and take necessary medications depending on the reports. If I were your doctor, I would add a low dose aspirin of 75 mg for you at this age and in case the problem is significant, would advise you for a CT angiography initially before going for any invasive procedure with all other reports being normal.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating cardiologist in further management of the problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic for clearing doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
