Have Chest Pain, Dizziness, Fainting, Hand Numbness. Test Showed High Creatinine, Low GFR. Heart Diagnosis?

I have unidentified chest pain . It is always upon waking. I recently had test performed that revealed a moderate, sharp diastolic murmur, felt also by placing hand on chest also. A sinus arrhythmia , as well as, non specificst- t wave abnormality. Dizziness from sitting to standing, collapsed twice, different from fainting . Almost like muscle weakness. The first time, my hands went numb. The test also revealed high creatinine, low Gfr. Past: numerous severe infections, e.g c-dif, numerous mrs a infections, chronic kidney infections. I was anorexic for years. What could the heart diagnosis be?

Hello
The symptoms you are describing points to some valvular problem of heart. There are number of conditions that can cause diastolic murmur like Mitral stenosis, Aortic regurgitation, tricuspid stenosis, some heart tumor etc etc.
I think you should undergo echocardiography test immediately that will delineate all the features about your heart disease..
Most likely it will be mitral stenosis, but it is to be confirmed with further evaluation
