Have Chest Pain, Radiating To Armpit. Prescribed Electrolyte. Done ECG, Colonoscopy And Blood Test. Explain Situation

Hi octor,

I have a chest pain that radiates to my upper armpit. I have done ecg, the result was excellent, but I still feel the pain each time my mind is there, if my mind is not there, I don't feel the pain. sometimes the pain is itchy. What do you think Dr.?

Secondly, since last week, I have been feeling slight pain on my right side of tummy by the lower rib. What do you think is wrong? I went for blood test, the Dr. said my kidney is not sieving blood as it should, if I am right. he said instead of sieving 90+, it's doing 60+. he asked me to drink electrolyte water for 10 days and re do the test. he also said that I need to drink more water which truly I don't really drink.
I did colonoscopy, endoscopy and swallowed pillcam in America to detect where blood loss is coming from because I have black stool sometimes but not always. Nothing was found.
Finally, I understand my white blood count is low. What do I need to do? I have gone to see a cancer specialist when I was in America, nothing was found?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that the chest pain and arm pit pain could be due to the cervical spondylosis, so i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
The black stools is due to leakage of blood from the stomach, or intestines, which ceases when the black stool is stopped. So long there is bleeding you will have the black stool. So no problem now. Thank you.
