Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. After analyzing your question, its unlikely the cyst will decrease with medicines. I also suggest you to go ahead with laparoscopy along with GnRH(gonadotrophin releasing hormone) injection.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.

Hi Kamaljit kaur,
Thanks for using HCM.

For endometriosis on ovary, surgical treatment better than medical management.medical management can try to prevent further increase in size of cyst, and difficult to conceive when you are on treatment, as few medications cause anovulation.
surgical removal and excision of cyst is considered to be far superior in terms of permanent removal of the disease and pain relief. Surgery can sometimes have the effect of improving fertility

Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Vidya
