Have Clear Patch On The Check Along With Few Dark Spots

I m a 57 black man who over the past few months have noticed a clear patch on my left cheek. My beard does not grow in this area and I also have a few dark spots that look like lumpy black heads but cannot be squeezed out. The clear area is getting larger.

Hi,

You seem to have hypopigmented patch on left cheek. It from few months. It becomes gradually enlarged. Beard does not grow in this area. This much history might suggest the possibility of leprosy. It may be tuberculoid type of leprosy. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. It may be pityriasis alba or tinea versicolor or tinea faciale or some other disease like vitiligo. Skin biopsy might clinch the real diagnosis. So, do not worry. You go for hp exam of the affected area. Some diagnosis may be done and treatment may be given accordingly.
I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
