Hi,
From history it seems that there might be impacted wax giving rise to infection in external ear and now worsened due to damage caused by q-tip.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
With one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine you will be alright.
Put antibiotic drops in the ear.
Ok and take care.
