Have Cold, Runny Nose And Noticed String From Nose While Sneezing. Any Ideas?

Hi... I was just seeking some advice... I ve recently had a cold and had a very blocked nose ... this morning it was runny and I went to blow my nose quite hard... then a long strong string came out of my left nostril ... as I pulled it I felt some pain and eventually it came out. My nose didn t bleed but has been sore since!

Hi sophiajayneharris ! I am still in surprise what was that , a worm, wool, cotton, blood clot. Did you examine it in the light.? ? Now ! As you have pain and swollen nose try anti inflammatory nasal drop. If nose block take otrivin nasal drop. If you working in factory's pollution, cheap blanket. Try to avoid the cause. Be safe and healthy. Bye.
