Have Constant Unproductive Cough, Short Of Breath, Difficulty Singing, Excessive Yawning

I have always had what people describe as a smokers cough, although I do not smoke. Over the last year, it has become a constant unproductive cough, combined with problems being able to sing (voice cracks), short of breath while trying to sing, and excessive yawning. These may be unrelated, but they seemed to appear at the same time.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello Friend
Welcome to H.C.M
With clinical features you have elaborated, I can suggest you to get the Chest X Ray PA view and the Pulmonary function test done. it could be due to COPD( chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease.
But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
Yours sincerely
