Have Copd, Quad Bypass, Legs Get Shaky, Weak. What To Do?

My mother has copd and had a quad bypass in June. Her legs get shaky and weak and she falls. She broke her shoulder and had a replacement on thurs. Today her hands and legs are trembling and she fell twice today. Temp is 97.6, 110/68, 77. O2 ranges from 88 to 91 she has o2 but takes it off to smoke . Also appears confused and said she saw her deceased cat. Use of accessory muscles and resp 24. Urine clear, bm x1, on Percocet for shoulder replacement
