Hello ma'am and welcome.

A home pregnancy test does not rule out pregnancy as many women do not test positive till even 3 months into pregnancy, so I would either recommend a repeat test in a weeks time, this time make sure you use an early morning urine sample.

Or visit your doctor to rule out pregnancy and other possible conditions that can cause such a presentation.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
