Have Cramps, Nausea And Dark Brown Lumpy Discharge

Hi I have been having dark brown lumpy discharge for about a week now. Previously to this I have been experiencing cramps and slight nausea that comes and goes. Husband and I are trying for a baby since November when I went off the pill which I had been on for two and half years. I don't normally get a regular period as I have cysts on my ovaries but my GP doesn't think that I have POCS. There is no odour to the discharge and it seems to only come around mid morning and clearly to the afternoon. It is not heavy at all.
Thank you Lucie

good day!
You have UTi and Vaginal discharge for which you need a gynecologist with hygiene modifications and habits for post coital and toilet training. Now the baby thing needs to get rid of PCOS and that will take timr. Use medicines, regularise the periods, Reduce weight, take ADA diabetic diet and involve fertility consultant. You will be fine in the long run will take time
good luck
