Have Cystic Acne. Given Lymecycline And Isotrex. Will It Get Rid Of Scars?

Hi I have cystic acne and would get about 6 big cystic all at once or one after another. I went to my doctor and she gave me lymecycline and isotrex gel. But since my cystic acne is no more inflamed ,do I still have to apply the isotrex gel ? I have dark brown acne mark on my face and it take about 3-6months to fade ,can isotrext help in fading my acne mark?

Hi isotrex tablets can only remove the acne marks if used in early stages.if not after isotrex treatment u can try chemical peels like glycolic acid or mandelic acid but there must be minimal gap of 6 months.if still marks are present after peels go for co2lasers.it should be done in 3-5sittings.
