Have Cystic/nodular Acne, Prescribed Adapalene, Clindamycin Gel, Red Itchy Rash On Neck Area. Should Continue Medicine ?

hi, im having cystic/nodular acne. When i consulted a dermatologist c prescribed adapalene and clindamycin gel. Also im using cetaphil face wash. Things were ok for 4 days now my skin is burning whil using towel and itchy. On my neck area there is red itchy rash developed. Now should i continue the med? Acne reduced size but stil coming. Its been more than 20 days im using these meds

Clindamycin gel may cause the red itchy rash on the face and neck.Stopping the clindamycin gel may give relief from the symptoms.It would be prudent to discuss the matter with your doctor.
