Have Dandruff And Hair Fall. Advised To Avoid Oil. Cure?

hi i am rohit male 26 year old
i have dandruff on scalp associated with hair fall male pattern baldness
if i use antidandruff shampoos like hn s clinic all clear it clear for some time but reappear after next day
i adviced to doctor they told me to avoid oil that also dry my sclap and dry hain
so on going hair fall what can i do for dandruff and hair fall

Hello Rohit,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Dandruff is caused by a fungus which is a part of our normal skin , but tends to overgrow in some people. So you need to use maintainance treatment to keep it under control. You can use a ketoconszole containing shampoo alternate days initially and then as a maintainance once a week.
For hair loss, you could use a solution containing minoxidil.
Don't leave oil on your scalp overnight.
