Hi,
thanks for writing to us.
Too much oil production can make skin look dull and dark.
To help you out with your concern you may try these
Use a salicylic acid based face wash like saslic or spongy sal twice in a day
Always use water based moisturiser meant for oily skin. Apply a toner prior to moisturiser
Use sunscreen daily
You may continue applying melaglow as it is a mild cream and would not harm skin in long run.If want something strong and safe may use Glycolic acid 6 percent cream in night and Kojic acid cream in morning.
A good option in your case would be chemical peel sessions.
Hope that helps.
Take care
