Have Delayed Period, Using Condoms. Have Cramping Like In Periods. Had Pills But Not Regular. Related?

Hello

I am 5 days late for my period (i have endo and my cycle is always 25-26 days) i am not on the pill but have been using condoms for protection.
I have cramping and keep feeling like I am coming on any minute now but nope nothing there.
During this month i tried to start taking the pill but alway forget- i managed one pill about 2 weeks ago and another pill about a week ago- do you think this could be the cause of the late period?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You may be pregnant.
It should be confirmed by urine pregnancy test.
There is also another possibility that period is delayed as it happens normally sometimes.
So, it should be confirmed.
Strong reason for pregnancy is that you was not regular with pills, so its efficacy is decreased. Condoms are also not 100% effective.
You should consult your doctor if you feel any problem.
