Have Depression. Consequences Of Leaving Depression Untreated For Long?
I am struggling with depression , and have been for many, many years, but more so the past 4 years. It is so severe that I beieve I may have clinical depression. I do not have health insurance, so I m not able to seek the advice or consultation of a medical professional. I just want to know what the consequences are of leaving depression untreated for so long? For example, will my mental health continue to deteriorate? Will it ever get better on it s own, without the use of antidepressants? I really appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
I understand your current situation ,if you are suffering clinical depression which i doubt that you are , you need medical management. I don't know how badly u need insurance toget treatment in your country. If you can't really afford that then try mind relaxation techniques like yoga i have seen lot of people's even failed in med therapy responding well to this.
And mark my word your mind is what you chose to mind. If you don't care too much about bad things in your life and move on with more important things in life .... you may find way thru.
Thank you
