Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you are a diabetic and you may be a patient of .
1 Neuritis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical as well clinical history . Because in this type of cases patient usually develops "PAPER TOUCH " pain in the nerves so a physician will examine and will find out .
2 Neuropathy , diabetes is one of the most potent cause . Diabetologist will check the nerves for any numbness and tingling sensation in the nerves.
As you are a patient of diabetes so virtually all nerves involves so generalized treatment is important .
As you took so many narcotics ,so ordinary pain reliever are ineffective .
So in my opinion consult adiabetologist and get his opinion regarding this.
Good luck. Dr. HET
