My name is pete Dillon I have diabetes, and charcot marie tooth syndrome. I am 70 yo. and weigh 223 lbs. I take methadone 40mg. daily for neuropathic pain. I have been taking this dosage for approx. 5 years. something is wrong, because this dosage is not working nearly as well as it was? or the pain is worse, because the pain is now hurting me much more. What can I do? I have tried to cope with the pain, but I can't stand it any more.
