One doctor is treating you for an infection and the other just purely symptomatically. What I would like to point out is the absence of a diagnosis. What is the cause for such a presentation? I would have also wanted to know your age and whether or not you are on any medications currently. Your symptoms could be related to a condition resulting in a hormonal imbalance or even pre-menopausal. Please speak to a specialist regarding the same and insist on an accurate diagnosis, not blind treatment.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
