Have Difficult Breathing, Fast Heart Rate, Chest Pain, Weak. What Is It?

I have been dealing with this heart problem for a while no clue what it is and my mom wont take me in I have a hard time breathing and my heart beats really fast and I get random chest pains a lot of the time its in the morning and when I'm at school but I also get weak and just dont wanna do anything what could this be?
