PCOS produces symptoms in approximately 5% to 10% of women of reproductive age. It is thought to be one of the leading causes of female subfertility and the most frequent endocrine problem in women of reproductive age.
I recommend you to get following tests to rule out pathology.
Basal USG.,
thyroid function test,
ovarian reserve volume tests,
HSG,
Your husband semen analysis.
If everything is fine , your chances of conception is high even with PCOS.
GOOD LUCK
REGARDS,
Dr Nilofer
