Have Dizziness And Fatigue Along With Nose Bleed. Had Unprotected Sex. Took Birth Control Pills. Can It Be Pregnancy?

Hi,
My girlfriend has been taking birth control pills for about 3 years now. We had sex without a condom on saturday night and I ejaculated in her. She says she takes her pills at the same time every night. Today, monday, she had a nose bleed and wasn't feeling well throughout the day (dizziness and fatigue). What should I do? Is she pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy are very less because she is taking her pills regularly.
She should consult a doctor for her nose bleed, fatigue and dizziness this may be because of high blood pressure also.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
