Have Dizziness, Fullness In Ears, Ears Feels Plugged, Feel Faint. Had Head Injury
I am having frequent periods of extreme dizziness to the point of feeling like I may pass out, fullness in my ears, when I lay my head down on the pillow the room spins and I feel faint, it comes and goes quite frequently..i had a head injury with 5 brain bleeds 2 years ago and was wondering if that caused it, the neurologist said it had healed up good, but now this is happening, feels like extreme vertigo...I am a singer and often my ears feel plugged as I am trying to sing...which interferes with my singing...
I have gone through your query regarding dizziness, blocked ears and you have had head injury about 2 years back.
Since your neurologist had excluded the effect of head injury , so here I am thinking it as most likely your labyrinth (inner ear) is giving this trouble. Secondarily you are having fullness in ear that also favors the labyrinthine vertigo.
You please consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination and evaluation of vestibular functions, in this way one may pin point the diagnosis and finally that can be accordingly manage.
Regards.
