Have Dizziness, Painful Heart, Tingling In Fingers. Done Myomectomy. Is Something Wrong?

I am 39yrs old married without kid. 2 months back I underwent myeomectomy surgery. Everything went well and t I had first period after the surgery a month back, which was a heavy lengthy one. After that since 2 weeks I am having fast heart beats and tingling fingers.slight dizziness and slight pain in heart . My heart beats super fast whole day. Is there anything wrong?
