Have Dizziness While Standing And Laying Down. Heart Flutters On Hearing Intense Swooshing Sound

I started having dizziness upon standing and even laying down, almost like when I focus on something the room keeps spinning. Also I have a swooshing sound like a pulse in my ears and sometimes my heart will flutter when the swooshing sound is intense.

There are many causes for this, but the first and foremost cause that should be evaluated is your heart rhythm and blood pressure. High blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, and even issues with one of your heart valves can cause these symptoms. Therefore it is imperative you seen personal attention from a Cardiologist.
