Have Dominant Follicle Cyst In Ovary. Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Constipation. What Do I Have?

I went to the hospital and found out i have a dominant follicle cyst in my right ovary,when during my scan they thought i had endometriosis because when i come on my period my back and lower stomach is in terrible pain i cant move out of bed,my pelvis area always hurts and i get constapated and have diareah,what do you think i have?..a few months ago i had hericobactor pylori but i had medication for it and it went but now i have heart burn again and my ribs are going bad again.

I would suggest a thorough medical check up. An repeat endoscopy and biopsy is advisable to rule out Reflux disease and Helicobacter pylori gastritis which may be causing your symptoms of heart burn. It is imperative you get a gynecologic examination for your symptoms of pelvic pain which could be a manifestation of endometriosis.
