Have Dry White Patches On Pennis And Testicles

I have small white dry patches on my pennis and testicles , they are itchy some time, when dry appears white and if you put water on them they disapper.

Hi. Welcome to HealthcareMagic. These dry patches might be fungal infection of the skin. You can use some OTC product for the same , however i would recomend you to kindly consult a dermatologist for an opinion. Take care
